Beautiful property, enjoyed our time. Odd for this type of property not to have ice available. If you want ice you must contact the front desk and they have to have a bellman bring it. Its more efficient and easier to have an option to just go get some ice as needed. That's very resolvable. Additionally, most hotels offer coffee/tea service in or near the lobby early in the morning for those of us early risers, but that also was not a thing here, you'd need to wait until the restaurant opened at 7:00 or make it in your room. We did that buts its not the best of coffee. Bed was very comfy, view was beautiful, the club pool area and fitness center top-notch! Tommy the shuttle driver and Bell-Man was the most accommodating staff member of all. Went out of his way on several occasions and had a very kind spirit/charm. The only other complaint was that we called to notify housekeeping they didn't bring fresh coffee, mugs, glasses, towels and wash cloths, they were going to send someone. But that did not happen, we made due.
