Naples Bay Resort met all our expectations as far as location, transportation to and from desired locations like the beach and downtown. The room was great and as described. The entire facility was beautiful and was represented well on their website. Eating on the grounds is pricey, but Naples is pricey in general. The only thing we would have have changed is knowing how busy the pool area would be. The pool area not only serves guests, but is a private club. There were no chairs for the regular area, fortunately the adult side had chairs and we could use that. The lap pool didn’t need to be sectioned off at the time we were there.

Pleasantly surprised!

Pleasantly surprised with the double bedroom full size unit that was provided. Beautiful hotel which is part of a luxury condo marina complex. Nice coffee, breakfast and small bites service at the Cafe. Water taxi also stops at the Hotel Marina which is a nice feature for $20.00 which takes you to several restaurants on the bay. The Naples Bay club is impressive and part of the room package. Only drawback is the proximity of the Hotel to road and air traffic.

We reserved a Suite with marina view, the most important thing for the Hotel, during the check in we were informed we were upgraded to a cottage, almost a mile away from the hotel, totally away of all hotel services; total lack of respect of what we paid for, do not even having the courtesy to call previously. We spent one hour back and forth to find out no other solution existed. front desk personnel is not responsible but maabement is.

The property was nice. The cottage. We stayed in J105 was very rundown no heat very cold the manager Jackie was very nice and worked hard on find us more upgrading cottage with heat, which we really,appreciated after staying three days in a very cold one down cottage The pool area was nice, but the pool was cold not heated so was not comfortable to swim. And was very disappointed when they charged me an additional 350 for resort fees, which will not use and felt that it was unfair so if you were planning to stay at this resort and make sure you do not stay at J105 definitely wasn’t worth the money

The property was beautiful. Our room had an amazing view facing the marina. Hope, the concierge, had wonderful ideas on what to do and where to go and helped us book a fun fishing trip! The pools and bar at the club were wonderful.

The staff was phenomenal. The room was clean and fairly updated. But, booker beware, if you're in the main building the "club" pool etc ..is a hike away from your room. My room was facing the outisde if the resort and man was it LOUD....right near the highway and an airport. Trucks and Planes ..... Its a nice place ... but if you're looking to get away for some sun and pool time i suggest you make a request for a room facing the interior and near ro the club. And definitely go eat at NOSH....
