I think the overall stay was okay. We had teenagers playing hide and seek on our floor past midnight. I tried calling front desk but the phone in my room didn’t work. The walls are also thin, I could hear people’s conversation in the hallway. The hotel may need additional staff. The front desk had several people waiting to be attended (overnight); however, the employee was cleaning a different area and did not know people were waiting.
