When we checked in, the refrigerator was’t working and there was a towel inside it (assuming this was to absorb excess moisture). The issue with the refrigerator was resolved, but the person who came to fix it could not communicate in English.

Close to Naples and a lot of awesome restaurants. The price was very reasonable for the area. Stayed two nights and enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Two tweaks to make it excellent

The mattress needed to be replaced as it was too soft and the bathroom fan was noisy. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great staff and location.

The staff were great at this hotel. It is conveniently located close to the beach and next door is Mel’s Diner, good food at reasonable prices. I would stay here again if coming to Bonita Springs.

It was fine, but the bed was very high off the floor and difficult to get into. Also, the bathroom sink seemed to be very high. I should have asked for a handicap accessible room--my fault.
