The It’s Room property is lovely. Francesco answered all texts promptly and was very accommodating. Our dissatisfaction was not the property but Naples in general. Full of graffiti, dirty and all around disappointing. Will not be returning to Naples.But if you are planning a trip, it’s room is great

You are in the heart of the historic district, and this is excellent. There is no staff on site, there is no real coffee or coffee maker in the room. There is no view, or balcony or patio. It may be that there are better apartments or options to be had for the price.

An absolutely stunning place, decor, location and comfort for the price. If anything should be changed, it is topping up the Nespresso caps daily and some better complimentary shampoo, soap and lotion… but that is an easy minor change. The place is perfect for a Neapolitan getaway, even in a heatwave ❤️

This place is super basic, there is no staff to welcome you other than via WhatsApp text. I also didn’t realize that it is not possible for taxis to drop off or pick up, which made it very inconvenient for us because we had a lot of luggage. Just felt kind of like a dorm room that we were staying in. It was fine, but if you are trying to coordinate taxi rides, I would suggest an alternate location.
