This property holds you hostage at checkout with nonsense made up fees. This place basically steals from guests at checkout. Not to mention the place is a dump, the reviews we saw must be all fake

Nice rooms and really enjoyed the breakfast. Shuttle service was very useful. Not a lot of amenities. Pool wasn’t overly inviting and gym was cramped. Very pleasant stay but expecting more as highly publicized as one of the top hotels in Florida and #1 in Naples.

Beautiful room, excellent breakfast, great bartender Jeff. Loved the location. Walked to the beach. Publix and several good restaurants close by. Nice fire pit. Walked into room and it was like a meat locker. Could not figure out thermostat. (C not F). Maintenance said you had to cancel temp and reset. Could not switch to F. Also please put soap on sink in a dispenser. Goopy bar is awful. And water bottles in frig were all frozen. Minor issues but overall a wonderful hotel and highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay in this well maintained Hotel. From housekeeping, to the buffet breakfast, service was excellent. No lunch, or dinner service here, but plenty of area restaurants to choose from. Front desk staff was very helpful.

We had a “hick-up” with our room ,but Chris ,a member of the management staff ,made it right with my sister and myself. The rooms were lovely , done with a Caribbean plantation vibe . But the breakfast was exquisite- come early to eat and stay late !!😄 An omelette station, a guitar serenade all morning; dine inside or out. Donuts, muffins, waffles- oh my! Their shuttle takes you to Vanderbilt Beach & big name stores in local shopping centers There are athletic opportunities at this hotel but we were there to shop!! Plan to return again Diane Clark

Beautiful hotel, quiet and accommodating. Shuttle service to the beach and shopping areas was great. Omelet bar every morning but no other food service. Good restaurant selection near-by. I will definitely stay again.
