The hotel in general is good but the pool area is terrible, I waited for towels for more than 3 hours, there were a lot of mosquitoes, it was impossible to stay in the pool area without getting bitten, even using repellent. I thought the breakfast was poor, no bacon and the hot food was cold. The hotel definitely needs improvement.

since the moment of the check in, the person at the front desk wasn’t that welcoming, then the ac at the room wasn’t working properly, they sent Kevin, super nice guy very helpful and making sure that everything was okay and also Mathew the bartender at night was super nice, completely opposite of the lady at the afternoon, Rebbeca, who was super rude, also, at the moment of that interaction while she was preparing the drinks, she cleaned the bar area, including the floor, with a towel and without gloves, after change to the beer keg and THEN she took pieces of pineapple to add it to the drinks without washing her hands. i asked to please prepare the drinks again but it was with more attitude even when she gave me the drinks, one of them spilled on the bar. i won’t recommend or come back to this location. airport is behind hotel, loud sound of the planes flyover the hotel.

Comfortable, clean and convenient. Keep in mind it’s right below the planes arriving at the airport if you’re at the outdoor pool. Kinda fun but yes, noisy.

BEWARE of booking and paying at property. I thought I booked with the Expedia rate, however because I marked it "pay at Property" they charged me the walk-in rate. I suggest pay at time of booking to avoid this. Once it's done it's impossible to get an adjustment.

Our bathroom had no shower curtain so we called the front desk. They responded that housekeeping will come and install. Never came until after we took shower. Shower made mess out of the whole suit. During checkout we informed and asked them to give another night stay at hyatt as complementary but they would not do it because we had booked through Expedia. It was hyatt fault not expedias,
