Nice staff. Easy check-in. Room was clean but when we returned from the beach at 3:00, room not done so we said forget about it. Free shuttle to beach but shuttle drop-off 3/4 mile from beach. Another shuttle available but 1/2 hour wait. Chairs and towels provided; umbrella rentals $30. Nice restaurant at beach.

I had the worst experience at this hotel. The customer service was very poor. We requested an extra two items, but the staff refused to help us. Additionally, the pool was closed during the day without any notice on the website.

Outdated room. Ac not working optimally. Q couple details broken at the room(shower cover, door yale). I have to ask for additional towels there were only 2 and there was no trash bag despite having a reservation for 4 including 2 children
