Everything was great, swimming pool, basketball court. On site washer & Dryer. Close to the beach, restaurants. Shower was not very powerful, and water took a while to heat up.

Main entrance pavers are very dirty,most likely haven't got a pressure wash a long time ago. Cigarettes butts on the ground near main entrance. Inside rug on the way to rooms needs a shampoo clean. No ice machine available. Rooms with outdated furniture, but great room service. Front counter personnel was great.

Stay was ok but there was construction overhead all 8 days. We brought it up three different times and were never offered a move and when we did ask they said they were full. Also AC never really seemed to dry the room out, especially at night. We know it’s Florida, but the AC REMINDED US OF A STAY IN CANCUN.

Rudeness at the front desk.
Extremely rude at the front desk. When we arrived the lady at the front desk told us our reservation had been cancelled. She “only had 1 available room” so we had to take it right there before it went to somebody else. It was more expensive than the original reservation. We talked to Hotels and they said it was not true. Still, we agreed to make a new reservation. After several minutes of her staring at the screen we attempted to ask what was happening and she shut us up. In the end I think she found our original reservation and gave us the key. Anyone can overlook a name or number. She didn’t even have to apologize. However there is absolutely no need to be rude towards a family whose plans have just been altered. Or towards any costumer. Room was spacious and clean. Many Outlets didn’t work.

Excellent stay rooms are very spacious. Breakfast had lots of variety and the hot options were very nice. Eggs sausage biscuits.Pool area Was very nice, clean and enjoyable. The cabanas provided extra shade from the hot sun. Definitely would stay again.
