The location was extremely convenient. It was very clean and the staff were very pleasant. I would have given it 5 stars but the first 3 days I unfortunately had to complain about the same two items. Finally with the assistance and persistence of Justin Pack, Front Desk Agent, the these problems were resolved. Although for these minor hiccups, I would recommend this hotel, and return for another visit.

While the property appears very nice there is no privacy in adjoining rooms. We could hear everything that was going on in the room next to and above us. The air conditioning sounds like a jet engine that never stops and blows directly on your head all night long. Terrible nights stay and we checked out 2 nights early due to the lack of sleep. Front desk seemed well aware of the noise, and our concerns were also echoed by another disgruntled guest we spoke with in the hallway. Very disappointed.

Extremely clean and comfortable. Only issues were that the pool heater was broken (hence no heated pool) and the room TV's were not capable of streaming (no internet connection).

Blissful Weekend Get-a-way

It's a plesant hotel. I highly suggest paying the upcharge to get the suite with kitchen. It's a much more friendly layout. The breakfast is great. Well worth the price with thw breaky included.
