We loved the convenience of the hotel, water taxi to other dining venues, tunnel to shopping & eating at Tin City. Also convenience at hotel for eating/drinking and beautiful bayfront views!

Super staff ( Noah ) front desk and all the stafff at the restaurant, bar and maid service. Great location. Starting to show a little wear . Paint peeling in the elevators , small bathrooms with outdated toilets and bathrooms show wear. No ice machines on every floor. Would stay again but gets a little pricey on weekends.

great location for 5th avenue. You cana rent boats right there . Nice bayside bar . It has a fresh coat of paint on room levels . It is an old facility with small rooms and outdated functionality . The pool is nice but next to a noisy road .

The location of the property was great, alot of things to do and places to go within walking distance(crossing the streets were challenging, but there was a underpass to tin city!) Hotel check-in was luckily available early, thanx to the hotel manager of the cleaning staff :-) Some notable mentions were Lisa and Freddie(very friendly and customer service oriented!) others not so much, especially Michael(he was a "smart aleck" with a false sense of authority, not very customer oriented at all, bad vibe)! Also we checked out a day early due to weather conditions stated by our air-carrier (United) flying home to Clev, and when asked for any compensation,not a refund of a night, mb just a dinner or lunch, since we gave a bunch of business to their restauraunt, we were directly shot down by oh guess who(Michael) and when asked to speak to the manager Aaron, I was told he'd say the same thing, of which he did and rudely told me that's what travel insurance is for?! :-0 Those two guys should go jump in the gulf!!

This inn is very dated and doesn't have a great quality to price relationship (especially during peak times). The location is fine, but it is next to two very busy roads and facing the airport, so not the quietest locale. Also not the most appealing area for walking, although close to areas that are better.

There are two hotels in that area called bayfront. I thought I was booking a different hotel, my mistake. The The noise from the traffic was very loud in the room and made it difficult to sleep. That was very nice and accommodating. Room was dated but clean. Love you from the outside restaurant bar is beautiful

The only shelf in the bathroom for toiletries was directly over the toilet. The toilet had no lid! My wife dropped several cosmetics in the toilet, and I dropped wash cloth in as well. Missing tiles on the floor as well. Very low water pressure in the sink. Bathroom was awful.
