Terrible experience. The host might be one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I emailed on Sept 5th to give notice of late check in on Sept 18th (we were arriving at 7:30 and check in closes at 6). I got an email back confirming our late check in and was told we didn’t have to pay the late fee if it was before 8:30. When we arrived (after a 24 hour travel day, so exhausted) the place was difficult to find (behind a shop up a few flights of stairs and no label on the door) the host was no where to be found. We rang multiple door bells and got nothing. Since we are from the US, I couldn’t use my phone without wifi if I didn’t want to rack up international charges but after 30 minutes I had to just do it and accept the fees so I could call the host. She answered and luckily agreed to come back but wow- was she MEAN. And I don’t just mean aggressive but out right mean. As i said, I arranged for late check in 2 weeks early and SHE FORGOT. Yet when she came back to let us in, she yelled at us the entire time and told me I never said we would be late and I said yes I did I sent an email and she just kept telling me no. I’m a tough gal, but she made me feel so, so terrible and I still didn’t have wifi so I couldn’t pull up the email yet to prove her wrong. Unfortunately we booked her on our way out too and she was very standoff-ish when we came back. The rooms were just ok. AC didn’t work in one, hairdryer only worked on low in the other. Don’t stay here. She’s awful.

Our first time in Naples and it was a memorable trip! We loved staying at this location as it was located in a very convenient spot and close to restaurants and within walking distance of many tourist sites. Maria was our favourite part of staying at this B&B. She was there whenever we needed and was so helpful with tips on navigating the city and booking our taxi and especially during breakfast time. A clean room is very important to me and I was pleasantly surprised as to how well the room was kept. We’ll definitely return to this B&B and recommend this to anyone visiting Naples!! Ciao!

Hotel is OK, but check-in process is a pain. Front desk staff has quite limited work hours and arranging check-in at later time was quite challenging as they do not respond to emails or phone calls in timely manner.

Location is central, walking distance to many Napoli’s must-seen, perfect if you are staying only for a couple of days. The metro is just in front of the B&B. Great view from the balcony. The room is comfy and it has all the basic need for a great stay!

The property is very central. Close to many attractions. The proprietor, Maria, is very welcoming and helpful. We had a room that faced the street. Being on Piazza Cavour it was noisy but double glazing blocked out most of the noise. We were so tired fom all the exploring that the residual noise was no bother.

Perfect choice!

Eventhough the building itself looks quite old but inside B&B is very nice and lovely. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They will take a good care of you. Our room is a double bed and actually it’s larger than what we expected. The bahtroon too is spacious compare to a normal hotel. The breakfast is simple but it’s good for us. It’s very easy to go around thanks to a nearby metro station but it’s still fine to go anywhere by foot in my opinion. In all, it’s a perfect choice :)
