Property was average. Parking is terrible. Theres about 20 spots in their lot and surrounding area is timed. So my group, of 4 cars, was moving vehicles every 3 hours for two days. Rooms were old, dated and barely functional. One sink was clogged and in the other room the ironing board wouldn’t stay closed. Ice maker was out of service. Staff was friendly. Location was phenomenal.

A little bit ghetto
We stayed here as part of our West Coast tour. Every hotel in downtown Napa was crazy expensive and this was all we could find sub-$400. Honestly, it’s properly ghetto. Any hotel that has to caution people against room parties and smoking weed prior to them checking in needs to be given a wide berth.

Staff were all super helpful and friendly. Great location ! Kind of older run down building pool not looking inviting but the beds were comfy and I would stay again.

Great location. Please note though this is a motel. It is only kept up to a minimum level and could use a major overhaul. Will probably pay a little more and stay somewhere nicer next time. Quite noisy, paper thin walls.

Very old. Loud, paper thin walls but if you’re not planning to stay around downtown much, this is perfect. It’s not meant for you to hang out and chill out. The place is at least clean, but our ceiling was ripping, and it just gave a rather sub par vibe even when compared to the big chains such as best western/motel 6. But hey, it was less than 300/night, and we were in the heart of downtown, walking distance to everything!!!

The property was walking distance to shopping and dining areas. Parking was a bit difficult because it was limited, the pool was dirty and small for the amount of guests that the hotel accommodates, needs updating in some areas, our shower curtain was dirty on the bottom and the tub drained very slowly.

Property is average because of the limited amendities like in room refrigerator, microwave, no morning items for breakfast. Our room's air conditioner ran subpar at times (cold air sometimes cool to warm air at others). In hindsight, I should have read in detail everything available for that site. Some positive: very close to downtown where there are many restaurants and shops, room was nice to the eyes, price for room was average, front office personnel was very nice polite. Overall, average.

This is like a Super 6 that's been drinking too much wine. Feel bad for the front desk staff who try so hard. Ice machine broken, parking so cramped one can hardly get out of one's parking space the few they have, rooms are very tired but clean. They forgot to service my room 2nd day but did bring me fresh towels & new coffee packs once I requested. This property is definately a push for $250 taxes/night but can't beat it's location!

Property is old and could use some updating, new furniture and better cleaning. I have better towels in my dog grooming business. Location is excellent! Management knows reviews are mixed and doesn't care. Price is low and you'll get what you pay for.

The bathroom sauna tub had the on/off switch missing and I was afraid of getting electrocuted. And door safety latch missing. Door lock missing valuable part. Top sheet had blood stain. Very nice hotel with small quirks that need attention. On a good note, the check in manager was excellent.
