There are better places

At check in, I forgot my DL. I was traveling with five others and two rooms. The clerk did not offer me any suggestions on what I could do to continue the check in process and was rude when asked what other options might be while I struggled to find a picture of my DL in my phone. The room was pre-paid and I had credit cards with my name and other ids with my name and photo but she was unkind about it, not helpful. Our room was on the first floor, you could hear traffic and all noises outside. The room shows signs of wear with poor lighting and the sheets were not clean.

Love our Napa stays!

We enjoy this hotel. Great location, nice rooms, and the staff is always very kind. We will continue to stay here during our Napa visits! Beautiful view from some rooms overlooking the river.

The staff was great! Every interaction was upbeat, gracious and accommodating. The room was very clean and the little extras were terrific! We had plushy robes, neat extra toiletries and a Kerig. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of cozy blankets and the property was quiet. I would definitely recommend and make a plan to stay again in a heartbeat.

We had a very large corner room on the river that was super quiet and very pleasant. The bed was amazing and we were able to walk all around the area for dining options and shopping. We enjoyed stating here and would again. We were there January 8 2025.

We loved our stay at Napa River Inn! This hotel is right in the heart of Napa- you can get to anything you need and do anything you want without getting in the car or outside the vicinity of the hotel. The beds were luxurious- we didn’t want to get out of bed every day. We enjoyed the turn down service daily (an amenity lacking at most hotels these days). We also enjoyed the daily credit to the bakery next door that we indulged in. The hotel was safe and quiet with beautiful surroundings of the river, ivy, lights, and architecture. We cannot wait to come back!

“We had a great stay at Napa River Inn! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed and made getting around super convenient. The rooms were beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. The only minor downsides were the heater, which was a bit noisy at night, and being able to hear some footsteps from the room above. But overall, these were small issues compared to how much we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again!”

Great Hotel Stay

The location of the Napa River in is right in the heart of Napa, where almost anything yo need is in walking distance. There are restaurants, retail, tasting rooms, and services nearby. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are courteous and considerate. I will stay here again when I visit Napa.

Valentines weekend getaway

The stay over valentines weekend was phenomenal partly due to the fantastic stay my wife and I had at the Napa Valley Inn. Quaint, elegance, nostalgia, and more.. This is a truly hidden gym. The staff was helpful, gentle and knowledgeable in assisting us. One staffer named Hope was amazingly accomplished in her customer service skill set as well as others in the way she made us feel apart of the Napa River Inn's legacy. Will be back if permitted. Thank you again. Anyone going will not be disappointed in the customer service and care that its presented to them 5 stars
