Received an email 2 days prior to our trip that there will be a $30 resort fee - that included 1 hour of bike rental - I was charged for the 30 minute ride I took ( there was nothing to see - but literal highway) WiFi did not work Room service was weird because it was a $7 delivery charge for a 2 floor hotel They advertise “ south yard” ( brews bbq brunch)as a restaurant bar place and there is not any of that .. people just let their kids run all over

I was charged for things I'm not sure if. When I asked the front desk what the charges were they were not helpful and didn't know. The bar tender ignored us when we asked for a drink on Tuesday night so after waiting 15 minutes we walked away. Hmmm... very weird, they said we would get a $30 credit each day if we ate in their restaurant but I have yet to see our $90 credit. Probably won't go back to this hotel.

We celebrated our daughter's 21st bday here. The front desk manager Te'Joni Williams and her staff made sure that our daughter had a great celebration. Appreciated their efforts and attention to details.

Staff was very rude, would. It stay here again, limited dining menu and they did not turn on the lights in the courtyard for actives the whole 7 days. It’s right off the freeway. Recommend stay closer to downtown.

Everyone at the front desk was accomdating and friendly. The rooms were clean and beautiful. We love the wine during happy hour in the lobby bar and we enjoyed relaxing along the fire pit while we ate some smore that were given to every guest. The breakfast sandwhich we ordered from room service was so good!! Overall I had a plesant stay and I will be returning to this hotel for my next Napa stay! Highly recommend!!

Terrible check in process, reached around 3pm, but had to wait till 4.30pm to get the room assigned and had to follow up 4 times with the reception for the same. No replacement of the water bottles, crazy parking it was very tough to find a parking spot.

Extremely loud on all sides. Above, outside window and in hall. Was loud around the clock so barely slept both nights. Felt like the room had zero sound proofing. AC did not work so room was very stuffy and uncomfortable. Decent amenities and clean but would not stay here again due to noise level.

A little rundown in our room (chiiped woodwork, bathroom door didnt close properly. Patio courtyard areas dirty. Front desk clerk at check-in not particularly helpful or friendly, but after that everyone was great. WISH THERE WERE BETTER TRANSPO OPTIONS TO DOWNTOWN BESIDES UBER.
