Great Location

Motel was dated but adequate for my intended purpose. It was noisy as it is right beside the Trans Canada, and the garbage truck made its rounds at 6:00am. There is not much soundproofing, but is walking distance to most amenities.

Very friendly host …. Very accommodating. We didn’t like our first room and were going to leave.Our friendly host quickly gave us a nicer room. The motel was in a convenient location for our needs. But next time I will spend a bit more money for a quiet nights sleep. Recommend ear plugs because of traffic noise or maybe a fan for white noise. All in all it was clean and comfortable.

Its a great location with lots to see and do in Ladysmith. However the hotel is dated and quite simple. We couldn't get the heater to work in the room so we were very grateful for the extra blankets!
