The terse email saying my booking would be cancelled one day prior caused undue stress to my holiday. Expedia said my final payment was due the day of the booking - the hotel didn’t know their own terms with Expedia. This, coupled with the fact I tried to call to rectify the situation and was told on the voicemail not to leave a message as they don’t bother to respond just did not seem customer focused at all. The property is great and the area is great but the email and subsequent phone call put a bad taste in my mouth about what should have been a great experience.

Great view and lovely room. Clean and everything one could want. Only issue is that there is insulation from room upstairs which was noisy. Would definitely stay again but maybe try for an upstairs room.

The beach rooms are so close to the beach and Woolworths is literally across the road. The room had everything you need like, jug, toaster, microwave etc.
