Comfortable and Spacious Rooms - Delightful Staff

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here at the Crowne Plaza. The location was great as it was right there on the Airport Grounds. Getting around in the city is easy. The staff was delightful and super responsive to our requests. My only issue was while dining at the restaurant near the pool. I ordered some food and the wings were undercooked so much that I could see and taste the flour/ batter. The meat was also pink. I reported it immediately and the chef did come to apologize and offer an alternative. That was a nice touch seeing it as they took accountability for it. In light of that, the location the rooms, and friendly staff are enough for me to stay again.

Very comfortable hotel with friendly staff.

We always stay at the Crown Plaza when we transit through Nairobi. Its a very comfortable hotel and the staff are very friendly. Our room was absolutely fine but not quite as good as previous rooms (think we have luckily been upgraded to a suite on previous occasions though). Pool bar was very busy so service (which was excellent) was quite slow. The shuttle from the airport is always reliable and free.
