Great value for a 4-star hotel in a convenient location for shopping and transport. Staff service was excellent too. 2 levels of parking make it very convenient for those who drive.

The hotel itself was great rooms were spacious for Japanese standards. The breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious plenty of choices. The staff are super friendly and always there to help whenever need be. Unfortunately I didn’t like Nagoya so that was a slight let down but I will definitely try out there other locations

역에서 도보5분 바로 옆에 큰 드럭스토어 있어서 편해요
기존에 묵었던 어떤 호텔보다 방이 넓었습니다 큰 여행가방 두개는 선반위에 충분히 얹을 자리가 있었고 그리고도 바닥이 넓었습니다 조식에 나고야 특산품 그랑프리 상받은 카레이 많이 있어서 맛있었습니다 어머니와 함께 갔는데 조식에 김치가 있어서 좋아하셨습니다 리무진 버스가 도착은 하지만 출발은 하지 않는 점이 아쉽습니다 직원분들이 너무 친절하셔서 좋았습니다 모두 눈을 마주칠때마다 인사를 해주고 먼저 다가와 말을 걸어주셨습니다 추천합니다

오래된 호텔이라고 들었는데 오래되었지만 관리가 너무 잘되어있어 불편함이 전혀 없었어요 직원들도 전반적으로 다들 친절하시고, 많은 도움을 주고자 하셨습니다. 조식도 맛있는 편이었어요. 객실 청소는 더할나위없이 상태가 좋았습니다
