The Nagoya JR Gate Tower hotel is most centrally located to public transportation: JR rail lines, local train lines, Shinkansen, public buses, taxis. Shopping & dining options are just 2 floors down below the 15th floor hotel lobby, with a very nice convenient Mart & a pharmacy on the same floor. The hotel is very clean & well maintained. All staffs work really hard to welcome & serve guests. Mr. Fukunishi helped me check in so graciously. Breakfasts at the hotel’s Gatehouse restaurant (a beautiful restaurant) are so fresh & delicious. It is a real delight to stay here!

I loved the location. Very convenient. Breakfast was nice too though the same menu every day. I love the Nagoya specialty, Hitsumabushi and deep fried shrimps. I did hear trains went by in my room at night but I had ear plugs in so no problems. I will stay at your hotels again. One disappointment was the gym. Bare minimum,
