Amazing hotel and childhood dream come true to stay in the Legoland themed rooms. The rooms are the best I have ever experienced, being so incredibly immersive and with excellent facilities. The area around the hotel is unfortunately very limited in food options so best to reserve the in house restaurant which is also very good.

The breakfast is the worst that I ever got in Japan. The room is quite small since we are paying a very high price. You must regret except u are a super fan of Lego or you use that money to buy few boxes of Lego. I won’t book this hotel anymore…

Took my grandson here for his 5th birthday. Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Check in was easy and staff was very helpful and efficient. Water play pool on first floor was fun. Breakfast buffet was good but very few choices of restaurants who cot to eat local cuisine.

Great for kids!
We stayed here to get the full experience for our three kids, all under 8, and it was well worth it. They loved the treasure hunt and the decor. The breakfast buffet was okay, not super amazing, but not bad. We didn’t stay on the weekend and saw very few other people around. Saturday morning when we left it was super busy though. The location is a little odd, there’s very little around besides the hotel and the park. The little shop/restaurant area outside the hotel was mostly closed and what was open closed super early. The nearest convenience store is at the train station, so plan ahead.

Absolutely kids friendly hotel. Kids got to play with some legos at the lobby/ diners while adults busy sorting out things. Keep the kids occupied all the time while adults can enjoy their meals. Only shamed about there is no laundry service at all.

All is good but the food...
Hotel room was spacious even though we took the basic room. Service by the staffs was great. Just a pity that the complimentary lego building workshop for the kids was conducted only in Japanese. My only complaint is that the food there is really not great.

This is HANDS DOWN the best experience you will have with your kids! Amazing hotel with so many amazing features and amenities. We loved (as did our kids) everything about this property......the foyer and whoopie cushion, the disco lifts, the themed room, the creative workshop to name but a few. Most impressive were the staff! All so friendly, happy and accomodating, with a special mention to Rika - she really made our stay absolutely fantastic! Would recommend and will definitely return here one day.
