Very good over-all for this family of 4. It had all the amenities needed in a fairly good sized room by Japan standards. Breakfast buffet spread was commendable though it lacked variety for our 5 day stay. Service at the restaurant was good but I found the service of the front office staff whp attended to me at check in not at all very welcoming. Its relatively close proximity to Nagoya Station is a big plus as was the plethora of dining options nearby.

Hotel was very stylish and accommodating. Staff are super friendly and do their best to help you with any thing you require for the hotel. I had prompt laundry service and luggage delivery done with ease. Great stay.

We had a change of plans for one of our party staying at the hotel who could not attend and the hotel was not willing to give credit for this room, which is a usual practice. Given the extent of the hotel chain, I would have thought this was a suitable request.

Staff was amazing! I had injured myself and when we got back to the property the staff was attentive and helped check on medical care. In the end, it was just a sprain, but they helped with a wheelchair to get me to my room. We had some trouble being able to bring food from the restaurant to the room, but in the end the staff let us do it.

The hotel looks news and it’s clean. Need some navigation. It’s much easier to locate the hotel outside. it is also reachable using the underground pass after you exit from Nagoya station but there are stairs which you need to carry the luggages. Walkable distance which take about 10 mins. Take note that there is no bottle water and coffee provided in the room. Only 2 packs of green tea.

quite a long walk to the JR Nagoya station. Booked a twin room, the room is quite ok for 2 pax with 2 big luggage. The toilet and shower is separate but is an open concept which there is no build in room for it. It can be awkward if staying with family. The hotel staff English is quite good but service not that friendly. Overall, is ok but perhaps can explore other hotels as well.

Great hotel. Convenient location, had everything I needed. Daily room cleaning was a bit all over the place - some days I got new towels, some days not. And often they would enter the room more than once.
