The staff were friendly and helpful—thank you for upgrading our accommodation to a suite. However, the suite only had one bed, which could comfortably fit two adults or one adult and one child, making it unsuitable for our needs. Additionally, the room lacked the facilities typically expected in a suite, which was disappointing.

Hotel itself is fairly nice, actually better than we expected. Check-in was rough, we had 2 rooms, the keys did not work on either room. Took three tries on one of the rooms, and the hostess refused to provide us with multiple keys per room - so the AC could only operate when you were in the room - and given the rooms were 90+ degrees when we arrived, it took multiple hours for them to cool, making going to bed after a night out very difficult until the room cooled

The staff are amazing—super friendly and helpful. The view from the rooms is absolutely breathtaking, overlooking both the mountains and the seaside. The location is very convenient, with McDonald's right next door. Rooms are a decent size and comfortable. Great stay overall!

Generally the services were okay, wished if we had a adequate/better spread of food at the breakfast. Room was reasonably tidy and clean. Staff was helpful and courteous. However one drawback was, when I tried to shift my booking [ within the cancellation period] from 26 to the 1st April, to the 27th to the 2nd April, Expedia was not helpful at all. I was informed that the property was fully booked and to look for an alternative accommodation. This was not the case, as rooms were available and as a result, had to incur additional expense. Expedia should offer this flexibility to the travaller.

I stayed in Nalagi a few years back and it has really gone downhill this year. I had to change my room twice because of multiple issues with the rooms i.e. the AC wasn't working, the TV wasn't working, their was a massive lizard in the room, the room reeked of sewage. The hotel staff were super helpful and nice but rooms itself were a huge disappointment. I hope that the do certain renovations in order to make the rooms better again because the location is really good, its accessible to Nadi town, the Denarau area and Nadi airport.
