I highly recommend Holiday Inn Express hotel that is very conveniently located across from the Old Mystic Village. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The whole hotel is very clean and in good condition. The pool is great.

The room was very clean and modern and the bed was extremely comfortable. pool was heated, exactly like they said it would. The free breakfast had a great selection of items. I would definitely stay there again.

Our room had a terrible smell that we informed the front desk clerk of so they sprayed the room. We informed them of the bad smell and they gave us the spray to use again. It did not reduce or eliminate the bad odor. When we checked out I informed them again and was told they would have given us a new room. They sure enough did not give us a new room and really did not care. We would never stay there again.

Hey, it's Mystic! Nothing to complain about and definitely will stay again. We travel to Mystic maybe six times a year and normally alternate where we stay. Nice to be able to leave our car parked and walk where wanted to.

Oven was broken so breakfast was limited to microwave breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, cereal, toast. Took a while to find the front desk person at 8:00 pm to check in. The stopper in the bath tub was hanging out.

Always love staying here. The staff is usually very nice. They offer breakfast but its really early so i have no idea whats served. I love the sitting area in the rooms. Ill be back

Disappointed. Rug in room not vacuumed. Dirty bandage on floor. Wallpaper peeling off wall. Toilet paper and tissues looked like they were wet at one point. Exercise room was not vented, extremely stuffy and stunk. Positives, bed was ok and coffee downstairs was good.
