A good stay for one night.

Had a quick staycation with my kids. Was able to check in early which was a plus. Room was clean. Had to get sheets and blankets for pull out couch from the front. But it arrived as soon as attendant could bring it. The pool area could use a fresh update! Its very dated. Hot tub/jacuzzi was no longer an option. They should update website. Wanted to work out but gym had a strong repugnant smell of mold. Breakfast was decent. Plenty of options. Workers were very friendly. All in all i would rate our stay an 7.5

Pros- Comfortable beds, clean, friendly staff, breakfast included, convenient location & quiet. Cons- Pool not heated and closes too early, no hot tub (I know its not listed under amenities - however was listed as a top review), remote turned on tv but did not change channels. Overall it was a good experience. The cons are very minimal and really just listed for those that find these things important. I'd stay here again.

Overall hotel is nice. However, the indoor pool needs the chairs to be replaced. There were broken chairs and my mom and I had to share one as there are not enough of them to go around while we watched our kids swim. The phone in our room did not work when trying to call front desk, and even though the maids cleaned daily they never replaced the used towels and we had to constantly ask each day for new towels. If they take the used towels how do you not give new ones?

We always love staying at Holiday Inn Express wherever we go. My only complaint was the people that were in the room above us. They were very noisy.

Was able to check in early without any issue. The young lady at the front deak was very friendly and efficient. The free breakfast was great. Nothing elaborate but had everything anyone would want. Better than expected. Loved the automatic pancake machine! Anyone with kids should have one at home!!
