Overall, our stay was good. They had us wait until after 4pm to check in as rooms were not ready. The pool was ice cold. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. TV kept disconnecting, which our toddler did not approve of. Would stay again if in a pinch but will likely look elsewhere next time!

Comfortable & roomy

Aside from lousy water pressure in the shower and outlets that couldn’t hold a plug, the room was wonderful. Very spacious and comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again. One complaint: low flow showers don’t work for ladies with long, thick hair. Took forever to get shampoo out of my hair, defeating the purpose.

Room safe was locked. Spoke with someone at the front desk who informed me that “all room safes were locked shut because the Hotel was out of batteries.” Unacceptable excuse ! Indoor pool water was cloudy.

We had a great experience here. The room was huge and very clean when we got there. The guy at the service desk was very helpful and friendly. The only thing that was unexpected was the pool wasn’t as big as we thought it would be but the kids still had a lot of fun!! I will definitely go back again.

We like the convenience of walking to area restaurants and shopping. The hotel is clean and tidy. The pool and pool area could use a facelift. Pool seemed murky.

Safe and close to fun activities.

We stayed at this hotel for a mother-daughter weekend getaway. We wanted to be in close proximity to the aquarium and other fun activities. This hotel was the perfect location for us girls. We felt safe and the staffs were very helpful and friendly. A plus, there’s a pool and it works!
