Hotel was clean & beautiful. Room was spacious. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Staff very friendly. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. We loved that there was a free shuttle to and from Mohegan Sun casino. We will definitely choose this hotel again.

A little disappointed

The weekend breakfast great. The weekday was less food due to number or occupancy. Felt short changed, why not offer same breakfast just don’t cook so much not alleviate a breakfast meat because it’s during the week. I thought the pillows were stained and sweaty. After further investigation. It was just yellow pillow coverings that made the whole pillow, looked dingy through the white pillow cases. I just felt if you come during the week you get short changed in service and price and when I asked if there was a waters when I checked in, they said oh you’re not a diamond member.

I would not recommend. Waited about 10 minutes to try to be checked in to only hear representative tell another customer that there was no hot water. I drove 3 hours to this location, the least they could have done was call me in advance so I would not had to waste my time to go there.
