There was no hot water when I showered. The water got luke warm at best. Also, because of the wheelchair accessible shower, the water leaked all over the bathroom floor and my wife almost slipped and fell.

Great stay for a great value

Love this hotel- my second stay and just as good as the first. We initially stayed here for the low cost, but the rooms and bathrooms are spotless, staff is friendly, free breakfast is delicious, and the pool and fitness room are always well maintained and functional. Loved my stay at the Hampton Inn!

Nicole at the front desk was rude and unreasonably authoritative. Despite being a Hilton Honors member, she showed no interest in acknowledging my membership because I had booked through Expedia. She neither asked for nor looked up my membership information, and she informed me that I would not receive any Hilton benefits. I requested a room not facing the cemetery side, but Nicole curtly replied that I should return after 3 PM, and she might have a room then. Additionally, I requested a first-floor room due to my need for a mobile scooter, but she showed no concern or effort to accommodate this. When we returned after 3 PM, we were given a room on the second floor. Overall, Nicole was very business-like, lacking any courtesy or professionalism expected in the hospitality industry. On a positive note, the pool experience was great, and breakfast was good.

She was not interested that i was a Hilton Honors member since i booked the room thru Travelocity did not ask or lookup my membership and said I would not receive any Hilton benefits. Requested an upper floor on the quiet side to which Nicole retorted i should return after 3pm and she that she "may" have a room then. When we returned after 3pm we were given room on 2nd floor after initially requesting upper floor. Very business like and unpleasant experience with Nicole who lacks common courtesy for someone in the hospitality industry. Pool experience was good. Shuttle to Casino was added benefit. Good location.

We went here for a Club Volleyball Tournament and it is very accessible to the Mohegan Sun Arena. Like less than 10mins drive. Breakfast is great!
