Looked apealing from outside upon first arival, all up until i opened the door to the unit. Not clean, bed looks to have been from 1972 and used hard. water activly leaking from the plumbing for "hot tub" located in room. All aspects of this whirlpool suite well below expected standard. Bathroom dirty to the point i deemed it unusable. I Couldnt do it, left the key cards on the table and left, obtained another hotel around the corner without an issue. Costly mistake, dont trust all the good reviews. Had high hopes but will not be going back.

Don’t stay here!!
First room had dirty sheets. Second room had the most uncomfortable bed with water stains all over the ceiling and bottom of the door rusted. Cobwebs all under the a/c and our phone plugs wouldn’t even stay in the wall.

Clogged sink , dirty toilet dirty sandy floor, I killed 21 flies in 15 hours in the room. No space for luggage, tiny closet? only allowed 3 hangers shower was tiny 28 inches square or less. Nowhere near what we expected looking at pictures on line. Reccomend to pass this option.

Don’t stay here!!!
Im leaving an honest review because I am unsure of how this place has 5 star reviews. We arrived late at night and the first room we received had no water pressure, and only cold water coming out of the shower head. The drain had so much hair in it that the water took 10 minutes to drain. We Called and they gave us another room. This one was not much better it had mushrooms growing out of the shower head, the sink was half cleaned and the room smelled like weed even though it says no smoking. Pillows were brown and dingy, walls were made out of paper, could hear the drunk neighbors fighting and punching each other. just overall not a good hotel. The staff was friendly, the woman at the front desk was nice anytime we stopped by. I know this isn't their fault but this place needs a serious cleaning and upkeep. I sorry but would never stay here again.

The grounds were nice and cute. The rooms were incredibly out dated and dirty. The sheets and dirt in the and they were like sleeping on plastic. The corners and behind furniture has not been cleaned in months. Don't even get me started on the matress and box spring filthiness! I believe this place houses displaced or homeless people because there was a massive fight in the room next to us! Swearing and screaming all night. I would not stay there again.

This was our 3rd time staying there. We saw reviews and even though people bashed this property we gave it a try. It wasnt a disappointment, ues its a little outdated but the staff was great. The 3rd time we used the limousine service to go to Foxwoods and the driver was awesome. I woukd recommend this property. We will be back.

Nice quiet place. Beautiful landscaping. The front desk was very helpful. Bed was comfortable. After hiking all day. The relaxing whirlpool tub helped my aching body.

It was an ok stay. It was for our honeymoon but felt just like another night at home. Nothing exciting. The tub was the best feature but it took forever to fill up. I felt like i wasted money on this stay.

One reason I wanted to stay here is because of having a in room jacuzzi. After filling the tub extremely hot water kept on running . So i would have to keep adding cold water. After that there was still a small stream of hot water running on 3 different occasions i burnt my arm. I could not sleep very well as that water kept running all nite long i could not shut it off completely the steady water running kept me awake most of the night. In the morning i informed the manager of the issues. I thought he might offer some type of discount but nothing. I will not ever return there or recommend this place to anyone
