Over the past 2 yrs we've stayed here several times and there were no issues. This time wss different. The main issue was I was charged a deposit. This has never happened. If it is policy to charge a deposit then it should be done all the time. Not just when a new person is there. In addition to the deposit $299.04 was held on my card. So that was a total of $399.04 that was held on my card all for a $199.99 stay. And the staff at the desk couldn't explain anything other than saying thats not what I'll be charged. I was told the funds would be returned to my card when i checked out and there would be no holding period and that was not true. And this came from the manager. What was meant to be a nice little birthday getaway turned sour quickly. Had someone simply said , " We mad

The rooms were clean and really big for the price! The only thing I wish they had was a hair dryer. The staff was so kind and accommodating and we plan to stay here again in the future

Looks like they're doing some serious cleaning and remodeling. Our room was nice, but the bathroom was dirty. In their defense, it was cleaned spotless and all worked out great. I'll stay again, very nice lady for our late check in.

Pictures of pool are not what the pool area looks like. Front desk clerk was not knowledgeable about how Hotels.com works with billing. Check in was a process with this one clerk was complicated. First clerk was accommodating and gave me a downstairs room since there isn't an elevator. Room was small not much space for walking between dressers and beds. Bathroom door opened towards sink. So you couldnt get out of bathroom when someone was at the sink. Bed was a little high off the floor. It was a climb for me since I am 5'3.

Room was smaller than average. Bathroom door opened towards the sink, which is outisde the bathroom. So you had to make sure nobody was at the sink when you exit the bathroom so not to hit them. Bed was high off the ground making it a climb if you're not taller than 5'3. Front desk staff asked me if I wanted first floor room and I did since there wasnt an elevator.

Nice staff, not great place.

Unfortunately, my friends and I didn’t get to spend the night at this hotel because 4 seconds after walking in, we saw a live cockroach on the tv stand. We were in the room for a total of 20 seconds so there is not much for me to review other than that. The woman at the front gave us our deposit back, she was very apologetic. I am still waiting on the refund for the stay but the employee said it could take a few weeks.
