Loved the location, free hotel parking across the street, one bedroom and kitchen was perfect, ocean front view with private balcony amazing, pools were clean. housekeeping were very helpful and super nice. Now.. I wish I could say the same for front desk staff, they looked and sounded like they didn't want to be there, not helpful and very rude and with an attitude... I don't like giving these types of reviews because I know we all have bad days but it happened on several.ocations.

The pools were very warm. We always look for true ‘heated’ pool and this one did not disappoint! Everything was clean and well supplied. We would book here again in the future. Location to other attractions we excellent.

The property was very clean . The pools were great . The staff was friendly and took care of all our needs . The rooms are dated . No usb ports . The cabinets in the kitchen were falling apart . The jets in the bath tub did not work . Overall it was a comfortable stay .

We had a nice stay at sandy beach. We came the week leading up to Memorial Day weekend. It was lovely and quiet. We didn’t realize it was Atlantic bike week at the end of the week, which did bring in a lot more people and a bit of revving bikes. However, I never felt unsafe security was good people were friendly. I picked sandy beach based on ocean front rooms and views which were spectacular on the 16th floor, indoor and outdoor pools as well as easy beach access and I needed wherever I stayed to have a gym. This place checked all the boxes. The gym was small but had everything I needed to keep my workouts going every day on vacation. The kitchen in the room served my family well after a trip to Walmart to get groceries for breakfasts and lunches. I was very happy overall with our stay. We had perfect weather too. Location was good, we walked every day up to the boardwalk, a short 15 min walk along the backside of the street on the ocean. I miss my morning boardwalk strolls. I’d visit again if I ever find myself in the Myrtle beach area.

Trash. Couldn’t get to property during bike week. Customer service was garbage. No one would help us. We had to find us and 6 kids somewhere to stay at 4 in the morning. We paid insurance and still lost all of our money.

This is a really nice place. The pool area, access to the beach, and location we're very good. The room was very comfortable. The main bathroom had a couple issues with the toilet constantly running (until adjusted) and the shower rod drooping, but those were very minor issues. We would stay here again.

The property we stayed in was a 2 bedroom oceanfront, very spacious, clean, plenty of towels. Housekeeping cleaned everyday. The hotel itself can use some updating. This is a family resort, you get a lot of space for what you pay for but it is not a luxury resort.
