Parking was not really all that great but we managed. The location was really quiet every one was very pleasant and the room had everything we needed. Must say it’s no 5 star hotel but it’s not big infested so if your looking for a get away that’s nice and quiet this is your place and very family friendly

This property is located in a good spot at Notth Myrtle but is run down. The rooms were a good size, it was relatively clean but there was definitely some wear and tear to the property. It was okay. It was a good price for the size of the rooms and full kitchen. It was ocean front. It was safe.

Awesome stay

Overall, a very nice resort with friendly staff, clean buildings, and a cozy atmosphere. This will definitely be my go to if come back to Myrtle Beach.

Nice stay for a little R & R.

A very nice three day weekend stay. Check in was quick and easy. I was impressed by the concierge.The staff at the door were accommodating and very friendly to the guest. The swimming pool and hot tub are a nice size. The room was nice however, a little more effort towards cleaning needs to be addressed. Location was good for shopping and eating. Will stay here again.

Great hotel with bad management and disorganized

My stay was ok. The hotel is a little outdated on the outside and could use a refresh. However, the room was nice and clean other than sticky stuff on the windows. My biggest issue was communication within the building. I went down to extend my rental the night before departure for one day. It was $99 if I did it at the desk and the lady told me I could get a better deal if I booked a new reservation so I did and provided the booking number to the front desk. The next morning someone just walks in our room without knocking. Somehow I get blamed for not notifying the front desk and said that I needed to come down at 11. Overall just disorganized from staff. Need a better system or at least have housekeeping knock and say housekeeping so that way nothing happens as things could have ended bad if it was someone else. There was also someone who knocked on the door at 11:30am telling me I overstayed my time and I had to inform them again that I had extended. Just really frustrated with the disorganization on the last day and it’s something that needs to be addressed sooner rather than later!

Rooms did not look as shown on website. Definitely need an update and deeper cleaning. Property itself was clean and staff was very friendly. Very limited food in walking distance. You’d have to walk at least 1.5 mile to have options.
