The room was as pictured and described. The room service did not clean very well before we arrived the floors were dirty. It’s a beach house sand is normal and hard to get up but there was a lot of hair on the floors. There were also small amounts of marijuana on top of a book on the cabinet below the tv in the living area. I always check the areas just in case as we travel with smaller children. The master bath also did not have wash cloths I bring our own but for other guests this could be an issue. The guest bath also has a crack in the shower wall that needs attention as well. Also the living area Is a little smaller. It has a small sitting couch and a chair. I guess the dinning table adds for more seating?Other than that the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is lovely. The balcony with view is beautiful! The whole hotel is very nice. The breakfast buffet was really nice. The food was good and it was a fair price for the convenience. The small cafe had really good burgers also. We don’t drink so I can’t speak for the bar. The outdoor pools looked nice it was too cold for there use. The indoor pool was nice and the area was well heated. The hot tubs were very nice other than the jets not working in the rear one. The kids loved the lobby with its aquariums with a couple fish and small shark.

The property location was nice. Loved the beach area and the bar area. Hot tubs and pools. Everything was very clean. However, We were in put in the small tower with what was supposed to be ocean front. It was but you had to look past the rooftops of the bar. Also, the room was horrible!!!! The ceiling was peeling, the bathroom exhaust was noisy and we could not turn it off. The fire extinguisher was in the closet. The furniture was ancient and the beds needed new mattresses and bedding. I would never have put guests stay in a room like that!! Private Condo, I don't think so!!!

Worst experience ever. Rooms were dirty, got changed to a different room and the second one, which was apparently cleaner, had old urine on the bed. We ended up checking out and finding a different hotel. The maintenance man was really nice and helpful but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. If we found it this way in the off season, can’t imagine what it’s like during summer.

The bathroom have a lot of fruit flies, the drain in the bathtub was clogged have to pull out a lot of hair out before I can take the shower.. have not seen the house keeper for five days, have to get the towels from the front desk. Last night tried to ask the lady for some towels, she asked a lot of questions asked why I didn't get the towels from the house keeper. She wanted to see the room key and my drivers license. I think that she is very rude . The room also have small cockroach too!

Dirty and needs major renovation
Dirty and outdated. The toilet had not been cleaned- it had pink bacteria built up. The room was so outdated that it had an oven above the stove that was connected to it? The oven literally was from the early 90’s, probably even late 80’s. You get what you pay for, i guess.

It sounds like your hotel experience was far from ideal. Here’s a possible review you could leave: Disappointing Stay: Unclean and Poor Service I recently stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed. The room was not clean, with the floor broken and taped together, and there was a noticeable crack in the wall. These issues made the room feel neglected and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the staff was unprofessional. The woman who checked us in was rude, didn’t say a word during the process, and when we asked her a question, she responded in a low voice while rolling her eyes. This is not the type of service I expected. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel and suggest they work on both their cleanliness and professionalism.
