While the location of the hotel is excellent, our rooms were not impressive. The carpet was very dirty, almost looked like someone had thrown up. The tables needed to be wiped down, but the dishes, pots and pans, bathrooms were all okay. You can tell the property has some age to it, this was our first visit. The staff and other facilities were great. I would stay again, if I couldn’t get into the hotel of my choice.

Booked room for what appeared to be on the website for 2 bed studio. Preferable king or queen. From the pictures posted, it showed a very nice room with ~2~ Actual beds. Well we had 1 queen size bed and a pull out sof. Called the front desk and explained that this is not what was requested as what appeared online as well as im 6ft3 268lbs and my wife and child with me can not fit in this littlw queen size bed. Receptionist understood and said they had inventory of a king bed room but i would need to contact expedia to make the request bc i had booked through them. Cool...called and they contacted the hotel directly and was told Receptionist at hotel told them slrry we have no more rooms... DID NOT ENJOY OUR STAY. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AS WELL AS VERY OUTDATED AND STILL HAVE PREVIOUS GUEST BELONGING IN THE ROOM. MOLDED VENTS.. NO COMPENSATION WHATSOEVER. Honestly would hand just rather got a refund but was told since i checked in-then I'll be charged for cancelation and early checkout.

1980s decor in filthy condition, nice view though.
Room was gross, cabinets without knobs, patio door locks broken, toilet paper roll holder broken, oven door in need of repair, furniture chewed on, carpets had permanent stains, food residue on the walls around stove.

Taking into mind the price of this resort, you get what you pay for. The resort itself had a decent outside pool and lazy river. There is a oceanside bar and a grill on site as well. The inside pool and jacuzzi were also nice. The room however was a different thing. The carpets seemed dirty, there was dust over the vents and ceiling. The sheets and blankets also had stains all over them. The furniture was outdated and half the chairs were falling apart. Parking in the structure was a process as there seems to be more cars then spots. People rip through the parking structure, so be careful if you have kids. They also do not let you use the luggage carts their staff has to so be prepared to tip.

Where should I start? Runnnn!!!!Walking into the lobby the person working the door was vaping and blowing it towards my children. Then after check in we went into the room that was assigned and that room was completely trashed. This place was filthy dirty, very noisy, and unsafe for my teenage daughters to walk alone to get ice and drinks. There was numerous people walking around intoxicated. I went back to the front desk and complained and showed pictures of the room. The guy working the front desk assigned a different room. That room was cleaner, but not the best. The smell on 2nd floor was so horrific that it made my daughter want to vomit. I don’t know what the smell was, but we had to run to the room because it was breathtaking. I made the decision to load our things up and leave at 9pm. This place isn’t kid friendly! Also, while at the hot tub looking around we noticed a man and woman doing very mature things. I made my kids exit the building immediately. No security at this place. The parking is a nightmare.

I am not a person who likes to leave negative reviews but I would advise anyone NOT to stay here. The area didn’t feel safe, we walked into the hotel and there was a weird smell. There was blood in the elevator, and there was mold in our room. We immediately checked out and demanded a refund. The photos are either old or fake. Expdiea did an awesome job of helping us get our refund back for quality issues
