On the weekend they have no room attendance, so no one cleaned our room while we were gone out of the room, but for the most part, our rooms were clean when we arrived and the front desk staff we’re friendly

Ya me había hospedado antes en este hotel y fue muy grato, por esa razón volví este año, sin embargo está vez no fue una agradable estancia, debido al mal cuidado de las instalaciones en relación con la limpieza, ya que mi habitación no estaba en buenas condiciones, había basura en el piso, lo peor de todo y por lo cual me decepcionó fue que en el baño en las toallas que se supone ya han sido lavadas encontré vello púbico por lo cual decidimos no usar ninguna toalla. Mi error fue no comentarlo a las personas que se encontraban en el lobby pero nos dimos cuenta ya por la noche. La limpieza alrededor del hotel también dejaba mucho que desear aunque se que también las personas que usan el establecimiento muchas veces no cooperan para mantenerlo limpio. En el área de la piscina también estaba sucio. Fue una desagradable experiencia está vez. Así que lo más probable es que no regresemos a hospedarnos allí. Una lastima ya que se encuentra en una zona conveniente para lo que nosotros necesitabamos en el momento y a un precio accesible. Espero que esto ayude a que el personal del hotel ponga más atención al servicio que brindan.

The staff was friendly but the room we gave was so dirty it was pretty disgusting. There looked like there was small specs of poop stains on the wall by the window and when we went to shower to grab a clean towl there was black specs and hair all over it. Ontop of that, the walls were paper thin and we could hear everyone yelling at eachother on our floor. Awful experience

Paid well over $400 for a run down disgusting motel. So gross, but my fault for poor planning. Staff was nice, but the building is beaten. Amazing that you can charge so much for a horrible facility. But…I guess I am the idiot for paying.

The people there were nasty, especially the housekeepers. They weren’t friendly at all. They didn’t even have housekeeping everyday. If you put your dirty towels or sheets outside the door they would take them and not leave you no clean ones. There was 3 of us in our room counting my granddaughter and they gave us two towels, two hand towels and two wash clothes. Next time I go on vacation I’ll be sure to take my own towels. Then we checked out early and she wouldn’t give me my money back in cash like I paid. Claim she didn’t have it. I will never stay there again. They had designated smoking signs, people were smoking pot in the pool area, someone had a dog in there. They did nothing. I actually should get a full refund. I had a miserable vacation
