Dog poop on breeze way

Very old furniture, bathroom is from the 1960’s. Parking was limited, went to room on 5th floor and there was dog poop on breeze way. Had to call front desk twice before someone came to get it.

Bath tub was disgusting and room smelt of mold. Was looking forward to taking a bath, but the faucet was stuck in shower mode. Hair all over the bathtub, some type of gross sticky substance lined the bathtub. I had to try to clean it before taking a shower.

Staff was very friendly and maintenance was on point when we had an issue with our toilet. Maid service was also very attentive!!! Highly recommend staying here. Security is also on point!!!

Hotel for homeless prostitutes drugs not vacation

This is not a hotel for a vacation. This hotel is filled with transients living there permanently. We constantly smelled marijuana. We saw drug deals right out front. The room next to ours blared music all day. We couldnt sleep from it. Front desk staff refused to do anything about it. Front desk worker asked me to give her extra cash at check in. They made copies of my militaryid without my consent and refused to destroy it or give it back to me even though I showed them it was against federal law to do so. They told me to call the police if I didnt like it. Avoid this hotel completely. Its dirty and run down. The floors in the room turned my socks brown from the filth. I got a broom and cleaned them myself. The bathtub was cracked and unusable. The heating/ AC window units did not work properly. This is the worst hotel I have ever encountered.

I came to the beach for my birthday. I only needed one bed. The room I was given I really didn’t like. I went back to check in and explained why I was not satisfied. The lady was so sweet and understanding. She immediately did what she could to find me a better room. I absolutely loved the new room and was able to enjoy my birthday.

This was an expensive hotel which serves a purpose for those that can not or choose not to spend a lot of money on a place to sleep. The beds were OK, the pillows were OK, and the sheets WERE CLEAN. Beats sleeping in your car. The tubs WERE CLEAN, although the whole room was in severe disrepair -- torn linoleum, blackish grout in the tubs, the drains ran poorly, but the AC worked, although never as cool as I prefer. I stayed in October....not sure if it had cooled on a very hot day.
