This is the 3rd time here. The room was beautiful. The staff was amazing. The Views were stunning. The first day however, we didn't have hot water for a bit. But other than that it was great.

Hilton GVC Ocean Enclave was paradise! Wow simply a home away from home but with a twist! Absolutely beautiful rooms and the staff, service, and food was superb! I slept like a newborn baby. The linens were replenished next day we returned from breakfast during our 2 day weekend getaway. The staff was very prompt, kind, and responsive. No comparison to other brands, Hilton is the best!!! The staff, Dave ?? & Said in Valet service were awesome!! Meg at the front desk was super nice during checkin! We will be back for sure and we’re bringing the family!

Our stay at the Hilton Grand Vacation Club was truly amazing! The property was impeccably clean and the overall ambiance was beautiful. We especially loved the convenient location, so close to the boardwalk, Sky Wheel, and a variety of stores, restaurants, and shops. We would strongly recommend your hotel to others and would certainly love to stay there again in the future.

Just an honest review!

Due to the holiday, I brought food to cook for a couple days and nights. Some of the food was frozen and some just refrigerated. The first night of my stay, the refrigerator started leaking and the freezer waant working. Staff did suggest placing the frozen food in another freezer, in which i did. The next morning, the refrigerator was completely warm and so was my food. There were a total 4 maintenance guys, over the course of 3 visits to finally end up exchanging out the refrigerator for an older model one. This refrigerator was nasty, but after request, staff did clean it. The room itself smelled like cigarette smoke, and during the night my parents stayed... they discovered dead skin and nails beside the pull out sofa. During my stay, towels and toilet paper had to be requested and the room was only cleaned once, out of my 4 night stay. I was compensated (barely) on my folio, but was informed that the could not be used towards any balance I may have. I will say, staff is over all friendly and professional. I stayed at this hotel in 2022, and it was alot cleaner. There were also ALOT of hotel tours and a huge push by conceriage to buy into time shares and hilton points, which I did not like. Seems like this hotel has become more about $$ and less about quality. I dont plan on staying at this hotel again. Its location is great, but id rather have cleanliness and quality during vacations. Oh, and there is an additional charge for parking, internet, and water.

Excellent hotel, very clean, room was very spacious with a well equipped kitchen which is one of my favorites, also very quiet, properly y well maintained. Definitely would be a favorite place to stay.

Everything was okay except for one detail: the guys from the vallet parking service expecting for tips. For a service that costs $25 dollars per day, I wouldn't expect to pay extra for their services. Some of the crew members were rude in joking "Nice of You" to my wife when she didn't give them nothing. This means a lot in how the hotel hire their people.

Property was absolutely beautiful. The only knock that we have is we had an early flight and talked to the concierge about needing our car that we had valet parked very early in the morning and was instructed to call the number on our valet ticket as they were available 24 hours a day. The next morning we started calling at 3:00 AM and there was no answer. After calling for a half hour we went to the lobby and was told that you need to call the front desk after hours to get a valet parked vehicle. I tried to tell the associate that she may want to let the concierge know that they were tell customers something different she started laughing like it wasn't a big deal. I told her that we had been calling the valet for about a half hour she continued to laugh and acknowledged that she heard the valet phone ringing knowing someone needed their car. Maybe it was just too early in the morning but it didn't find the situation humorous. I will say we made our flight in plenty of time so it worked out but was a frustrating situation.
