Lovely view from the balcony! Friendly staff. Clean, spacious room/apartment. Only negative was the construction noise next door. The pool was not really indoors as it opened to the outside and we were there during a chilly weekend.

The room was lovely, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. However we were surprised by a $30 per day parking charge along with the resort fee/ taxes which added an additional $50 per day for the room. The heat was not working at all in the lobby and elevator area. Our room was either freezing or boiling hot. The hotel outside our window was being demolished while we were there.

Beautiful property, comfortable rooms. it was off-season when we went, so we were pleasantly surprised with an amazing upgrade. There was a great welcome desk with lots of coupons for area attractions. Everyone was very helpful, and the place was immaculate. I would absolutely stay here again!

I can’t get over the incompetence of both Expedia and the Hilton. I would sooner stay on the sand for 3 nights then go back ever again. And the woman who looked about 25 had no clue how to handle this situation. First she has security waiting for me! Totally unacceptable. Then she is blatantly lying to me that there are no rooms available until I showed her their own website…17 available rooms!!!!!! Funny thing is it was just my wife and I that came down to look at a house to buy and move down. Oh and if anyone is second guessing me or maybe thinking I’m over the top…I even told them/her I worked at the Hard Rock Hotel in Universal Orlando for a few years and that her information was wrong and that she was lying and even another guest agreed. Rant over. Never stay at a Hilton. They are the worst.

The property is fine. The service and the lack of understanding by both Expedia and Hilton that I booked 1 king/ocean view room for 3 nights. Instead you booked me twice. 1- was from Friday to Sunday in a room facing a wall. Then for Sunday night there was no vacancy. Then on Sunday there were 17 rooms available and was moved into a double king room facing the ocean. This is the worst experiance I have ever had with any company. Plus you charged me as if I was a party of 12! It’s my wife and I and we are closing on a house on Monday. The manager on duty Sunday, has no ability to work with customers. I was lied to and to this very moment not one call from anyone. I will continue to spread this to everyone as to never use Expedia for anything ever again. No customer service, poor uneducated customer service. This should be a reason for a full refund. You will be hearing from my team.

Overall the property and location were fantastic. The rooms were clean and updated. It was quiet and walkable to several dining options. It's location on the beach was ideal. Amenities and perks for staying at the property were also a welcomed bonus. Our only complaint is that the beds and pillows were sub-standard for a property of this caliber. You could feel the bed springs, the pillows deflated to a pancake when you laid your head on them, and the bed squeaked like you were dragging a metal chair across the floor every time you rolled over or moved. The couch and couch pillows were far more comfortable for a welcomed mid-day nap. A good night's sleep is all that kept this from being a 5-star review.
