We stayed 3 days and one of my biggest gripes was no mattress cover on bed. The bed was uncomfortable, the sheets had stains on them, and it smelled horrible on our floor.

Checked in and while the front desk staff was nice the rooms once we got up to them was dirty and neighbors were incredibly loud. Walls are paper thin. We moved rooms and the room that was given to us was handicap accessible and we didn’t know until we got up to the room. The bed sheets and comforter were dirty and the floors had big random stains. We checked out one day early and got a refund through Expedia which was a hassle in itself. Stay at your own risk.

The staff is great. I arrived at hotel at 2:30am. Bed had sand in the sheets so I wonder if they changed sheets. It smelt clean. I was so tired to care. The walls are thin as I could hear the couple next to me at 3am. The staff couldn't move me bc they were fully booked.

The property was centrally located to everything!!! We were greeted with exceptional customer service, bright smiles and friendliness. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the continental breakfast area, we met a lady by the name “Mocha” from hospitality and she was phenomenal and very courteous.

The 1st floor lobby and eating areas were pristine. The second floor hallways and rooms had a damp, musty smell. The double beds were size double not your standard queen size. Beware if you're tall or wide. I would give overall stay as average. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
