Enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach. The room was nice size. Room was clean, could use a refresh though. No complaints from us other then maybe the carpet needs replaced or cleaned for odor. The lobby was nice and the free breakfast was a bonus.

horrible experience for me and my family. Staff seemed overwhelmed when we arrived a couple hours early for early check in (we called day before and they said shouldn't be a problem to arrive at 1pm and we did). The front receptionist had to go personally find a pet friendly room that would be ready. She grabbed a can of clorox wipes on her way to "approve" a room that was supposed to be ready. Once in the room, there was dog pee in the corner of the bathroom and a very strong chemical cleaning smell. my dog dribbled some water from her water bowl and when I went to wipe it up, the paper towel was filthy. I wiped a few other random spots on the floor and all were disgusting. There was a large toe nail clipping on the open shelf by the hair dryer, the bed frame was all chewed up, and it also felt like the bed frame was cracked because it would sag heavily when we laid down. The tv remote did not work properly and we could hear our neighbors watching a sports game until about 11pm. the hallways were noisy, walls are paper thin. walking down the hallway we could hear the staff screaming at each other. We ended up checking out early because we couldn't stand staying another night. We were very busy on this trip and did not have time to move or search for a different hotel . We literally just needed it to sleep at night and I would not even recommend it for that.

The mattress was very uncomfortable! The hotel was very busy with so many guests. The noises from other rooms were very loud. Couldn’t get much sleep:( The breakfast minimal and if you arrive even half way designated breakfast time there isn’t much too eat!

When i walked in i was greeted by front desk agent that was busy but didnt leave me standing there unrecognized. I waited patiently. I checked in online prior to my arrival which made the whole check in process in person so much easier and less time consuming. Room was clean. King size bed was soooooo soft n comfy. Stand up shower was a great size. There was a coffee pot, a mircowave , and mini fridge. The tvs are a little outdated. But no worries. The WIFi was not any good at all it lagged the whole time we was watxhing tv. The ac unit sounds like it is on its last leg but it did what it was supposed to. Now our neighbors decided they wanted to argue and slam bang the doors and carry on from 4am til 945am which was crazy. Very rude. But its not on the hotel except they shouldve been told to be cool or kicked out for disturbing guest. I will definitely will stay again because of the location and the prices are reasonable. Also they are pet friendly which is cool because i will be traveling with my fur baby next time we come to town. So excited to know that. Also they have coffee n tea 24hrs. Breakfast in the am.from yam to 9am i believe.
