The property is old and in need of complete renovation. our room was O K for our needs BUT the room was NOT SERVICED so we did not have towels or other bath facilities available the second day of our stay!!!!!!! Dont forget to upgrade the elevators.

Friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located near Tangier Outlets and other shopping areas, as well as the Alabama Theatre. The facilities were clean and in good condition. Depending who you book through, a parking fee may be added to your bill.

The beds was uncomfortable and lumpy we had to sleep at the foot of the bed The pillows was soft lumpy and flat We ask for an extra pillow had to call again for it We keep hearing banging of some sort continuously. The breakfast was bagel bread waffle frozen boil eggs The coffee was burnt I will not be staying at the Hotel or any of its chains again....

Great value for the money. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast was enjoyable. Only complaints would be that the bedding could be newer and the toilets are too low. Will come back again.
