Black mold in the bathtub, along with an active leak in the ceiling from the room above. Bathroom doors didn’t fully shut (they were water warped). Couch had greasy, oily spots like from someone’s oily head. Market was barely stocked with anything.

The staff and area around the property were top notch. The breakfast was also good. The facility seems aged. There was a hole around the air vent in the room, a bathroom door was jammed, and the hallway had an odor. This may have to do with the fact that there are so many pets on the property. This property is very convenient to Broadway on the Beach.

Hotel is in a good location for activities. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was ok. Room was not clean, the floor was dirty and it was clear it was not vacuumed (phone charger laying under the desk, tums on floor next to the bed) and hair in the shower/sink. Door locks to get in the building and the room did not work properly.
