This is a pretty decent hotel. It is setup more motel style with outside facing doors. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The outside of the room was not maintained as well. Water draining from the AC units and trash which attract some bugs.

We left the property 15 minutes after checking! They were dead flies in the room behind the nightstand next to the bed. There were dogs without leashes. People were living there in the hotel property, and it was smelly.

While price was very good and staff very nice. Suffice to say " you get what you pay for". Rooms stink. Had to constantly spray with Lysol to get rid of odors daily. Not that I would have touched it, but there was no continental breakfast as advertised. Also, know that there are long term residents living there if that is a concern of yours.

It was in an area that had anything that you needed in just a few minutes, even a drugstore down the street. The staff was very very nice. I will be staying there again when I come back to Conway and it's not that far from Myrtle Beach. The drive was nice to and from the beach. And directions to and from the motel was very easy and parking was great. A room was very nice only thing was the coffee pot did not work and I did let front office know that.

The staff was very friendly. Located in a decent area. The hotel room was not very clean and it was old and outdated. We found things under the bed that where not ours. The floors were dirty.
