I know they're going through renovations, but if the room is in this shape, you shouldn't be allowed to sell it. We also had a few cockroaches. I went to the front desk to ask for a room change, but I was told to 'live with it'.

Very outdated, needs full renovation. Toilet not stable, felled like a roller coster trying to seet down. Air conditioning system....so dirty need a towel to press the buttons. And yes...few bugs in the kitchen In was great in the 1970 This was room 930 dominican Please fix the toilet

A quick getaway
Our stay was fine. The room was big enough for our family. The beds and linens were very comfortable. All rooms need to have the lamp shades replaced as they were all torn with holes in them.

We never stayed at this property. We planned to stay at your location and had two rooms. In both rooms, we discovered roaches. The room on the fifth floor had an infestation of roaches that came from the kitchen sink and the floor. We requested a refund and did not stay.

There was roaches and the building is under construction making alot of noise and elevator got stuck at one point. Also the ice machine did not work. Im still waiting for a refund for the 2 unused days because we left early when we discovered the bugs.

Super views from the 18th floor!
We really enjoyed our family vacation/weekend trip to the Caribbean Resort and Villas. the kids really enjoyed the waterpark and pool areas. We had a wonderful ocean view from our 18th floor 3br condo balcony! We will definitely be staying at this resort again! Great place for family with kiddos!

The pictures of the hotel are of the main building, however we were given a room in a hotel two buildings away. This hotel had taped carpet, cracks in the wall and little flys everywhere. When I went back to the front desk and said I thought I purchased a room in the main hotel the very nice lady at the desk gave us a different room in a hotel attached by walk ways on the opposite side of the main hotel. This room was a little nicer than the other one but still run down and musty smelling. At this point I gave up.
