Great stay for our family!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo that had recently been renovated and enjoyed our stay. The property is a little dated but it was very clean and the customer service was excellent. The waterslide did not work the entire time we were there though, which was disappointing for my kids.

The place you can tell has been renovated inside the room was nice, but there was sand everywhere in the room on the floors and beds, dryer wasnt working properly, missing remotes I had to ask for, dirty dishes put back in the cabinets, rude employees, except guy up front was always nice, it was a fun experience but it wasn't what I was excepting at all. The pools were always filthy I get its hard to keep clean with that many people, but could have been handled better. Kiddy play area had a literal turd floating at the submarine. Locking the gates completely from beach access is crazy because you can't wash off the sand late at night. And the one side you could go out the shower was broken and It gets irritating when you have small kids out late looking for shells.

It was overall a really great stay. We only stayed 3 days, and the first 2 and a half days a couple of the pools and lazy rivers were closed. It wasn’t too much of an issue since they have more than just one. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was nice. It was right on the beach. For the price it was a great stay.

Buliding was shsbby. Room Door didn't close, wifi was crazy slow, I assuned 'oceanview' meant good view of the ocean. I wan't be back
