Staff was friendly but the room was horrible. We saw roaches the night we entered the room. We didn’t feel comfortable using anything in the kitchen because of the bug issue. The room had a moldy smell and the bathroom sink had mold and mildew around the bottom. Not a pleasant place to stay. We didn’t feel comfortable due to many issues in our room. Our room was prepaid so we had to stay or lose our money.

We had a fantastic time. We loved the condo, having a kitchen and bedroom made it better than staying in a hotel. Kitchen could have used some more dishes/cooking items (a cutting board for example). The shower pressure was amazing! Came home with minimal dirty clothes thanks to the stackable washer/dryer. Balcony was ok. Maybe because we were only on the third floor but the chairs gave us a view of the railing. I could see other rooms had high top table/chairs. My son loved the dvd rental in the lobby. The pools were warm and we loved the lazy river. Being ocean front was amazing. Beautiful clean beach. I could listen to the waves crashing all day.

We found cockroaches in our room. Very nasty and the room is a slip hazard. So if u have leg problems or older or children that like to run i dont recommend this place.. when asked to even concider changing rooms they didn't and to be honest it was just better to stay at other locations.

The suite we had was nice and updated with all necessities. I was able to cook all our meals as planned. As a bonus, there was a jetted tub. The staff was great and there were security staff on duty around the property and in the parking garage.The outside of the building was a bit worn, but I guess that is to be expected in the salty atmosphere. It would have been nice to have a recliner, but overall, it was a good stay. I would book with them again.

The property has many pool options both inside and outside -- however, they are not heated much at all during the month of March. Not sure if that changes throughout the year but the pools were much colder then I would expect a heated pool to be. The property is nice and the lobby is nice, however it could use some updating on the room floors and new paint on the doors.
