Just a weekend stay

Nice resort, room was modern, clean, and spacious. Nice size tvs which was greatly appreciated. Staff was very friendly, though I wasn't a fan of the concierge desk (although she was nice) asking about a 90 min session which I'm guessing is a time share pitch. The free putt putt course was fun, but is in need of some repair. The beach access is great as well, as in not a long walk across the soft sand. I guess the only negatives I would have is the small 4ft pool, small hottub, and the lazy river seems small. The parking is a little off putting. It is a parking garage, but it is tight with lots of blind spots (be careful walking out from elevator hallway). It's a block across from the hotel, and the 1st 2 floors are reserved for valet (and the floors go by halves as well). The negatives would not keep me from staying again though.

This was my second stay here, and unfortunately, the room this time felt very outdated. There were noticeable scuff marks on the walls, broken light fixtures, and the furniture and bed clearly showed signs of heavy wear. That said, we still enjoyed our time overall.

They did not come and empty the trash cans in the room. Three adults was there for 4 nights. However they only gave us one small soapbox. They didn’t have handicap accessibility in the bathroom and bedroom. I am 85 years old, in a wheelchair and never Experienced any thing like this.

Just left today! We had two 3 bedroom suites because we had a group of 11. The weather ended up being way better than we thought! Beach access is great.Staff were amazing, and everything worked like it should!

I have stayed at this property in the past typically in a 2 Bedroom. This time I stayed in a 3 Bedroom and it wasn’t as clean as the prior unit. Other than that, everything else about the stay was decent.

I was confused when booking. I have styed here in the past and assumed the entire property was a HILTON property. I found out upon check in this was not so. We stayed 3 nights. The Anderson side only offers house keeping for 5 night or longer stays. This is VERY inconvenient. We had no way to take garbage out ourselves. We had to call down for towels no one picked up the dirty ones. We had to call to get the shower wash/gel replaced. I would think the price for 3 nights house keeping would be included.

Hotel was going through some renovations so that is why it was only 4 stars. Should be good once renovations are done. Only complaint is if you do not do Valet parking, parking is across the street.
