Greatly disappointed in the quality of the room. Bed was on wooden blocks. Closets were rusted. Laundry facilities in the room were rusted and poor functionality. Curtains were torn.

The hotel looks nice. Parking could be more convenient. Staff was nice and room was clean, but the room needs a renovation. The paint is chipping off the walls, old TV, the bed was VERY squeaky and worn. You can hear entire conversations of people in the room next to you and movement of furniture. I only stayed one night but won’t come back to this hotel to stay again.

The hotel valets truly deserve a raise they perform dual roles retrieving luggage from guest rooms and delivering vehicles with excellence. The day charge was well worth the expense, when you consider most hotels have their parking off site. Before l mention any negative feedback, let me commend the entire staff for operating during a severe hurricane. My two detractors are predominantly focused on the room conditions with the entry door that was very difficult to open. But mainly the mattress felt 10-20 years old with the inner coils generating a crunching sound when touched. Then after expressing my discomfort to guest services via text, I was told twice engineering could remedy the problem. However upon returning to the room I quickly realized that no one had changed linen or checked the status of the painful bedding. A room change wasn’t an option unfortunately, even though Expedia showed multiple rooms available at the time. Overall if you are driving long distances or seeking refuge from property storm damage another property may be warranted.

This is our fourth stay here. I'm glad that more of the room are getting updated. One of the pools was heated very nice. Love that the room in like a mini apartment. They need more luggage carts for sure. Easy parking if you understand it. Hopefully all rooms are getting a makeover. Friendly staff mostly. Didn't like some guest sneaking smoking/vaping by pools, staff were watching but guest hid it well. Love the text communication that's available now with staff. Room clean and not moldy smelling like a lot of Myrtle hotels. Will stay again as soon as we can.

Very friendly staff. Easy unloading and loading area. Easy Complimentary parking in property garage across the street. Complimentary Putt-Putt Golf on Property. The King Studio is very large—full kitchen and big bathroom. Had washer and dryer in the unit. Small balcony, but side ocean view. Decent pool area and easy access to the beach. Clean and quiet. Will stay again if in Myrtle Beach.
