The hotel is nice but, we didn't have hot water for more than one shower. We figured it would be fixed by the next day but, by then, we had no hot water. Their solution was to have us shower in a room on the floor below us. Because we had booked through Travelocity, they said they could not give us any compensation other than two Starbucks cards. They were pleasant enough but unreasonable in their solution to our problem.

Hotel is always clean friendly staff, decent breakfast. We stayed in a king suite was spacious. Only down fall to this property is parking. We had to park on the curb because parking was full.
