This hotel should not be charging as much as they do! Our duvet had a yellow stain, the cover was dirty, the sheets were thin and the pillows were all flat and definitely should not be used any longer. The a/c unit by the window had major condensation which soaked the carpet. The smell of mildew was strong. We called the front desk and were basically told they could not do anything about it. The next day we called again and they said they were working on our issue. The issue was never resolved, we were never offered a refund, not even partial, and not even offered another room. The hotel kept the $50 credit card hold and I am not sure why?!! So many issues, and because we booked through Expedia, expedia tried talking to the hotel on our behalf and they told them they would not provide any reimbursement. Will not EVER stay here again.

Shower head sprayed water sideways causing the water to flood room floor. The fabric shower curtain did not help matters. Normally this would not have bothered me but I had my 18 month old with me and I was afraid she was gonna slip on the tile floor. Inclusive breakfast was not great.

Property was clean and staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the elevator quit working and there was only one, so we had to climb up and down the stairs for our room on the 3rd floor. I am recovering from knee surgery so this caused a little more difficulty. Also, we were unable to access the first room we were assigned because it was locked from the inside.
