Stay was great! Had to switch hotels because our previous one had roaches and cops searching a room. Baymont in South Haven was very helpful and accommodating to our situation! Will definitely be back!

For the money and being dog friendly, this is the best to expect in GH. Rooms are clean, breakfast is decent, price is reasonable. Good dog walking area. Way better than anyone else nearby. We stay there every few months when seeing family.

Young kids were running up above us. Also you hear people talking on the phone next to us. Paper thin walls. Overall, our stay was relaxing, had good food at restaurants nearby.

I was traveling for work, but the internet was so slow, I could not get any work done from the room. I had to go elsewhere for file uploads, etc. I could not even scroll social media without data hiccoughs. Also not pleased that the curtains completely covered the air conditioner/heater unit, and as a woman traveling alone in a room on the first floor, I had the curtains closed shut. The room was very stale.

Hotel doesnt have an elevator. So you have to go up stairs with all your luggage etc. Carpets are grossly dirty. Room wasn't ready even when we checked in at 10:30 pm.

The staff was awesome and very friendly. The hotel is really good but I can’t say great. Showed some age. We would stay here again as the service made up for it and it was a really good stay for us.

Perfect place to stay in Grand Haven
Excellent all-around choice in grand Haven, Michigan for the price. Pet friendly was a huge bonus. Pool and hot tub area was a perfect way to relax at the end of a busy day in town. I would highly recommend.

Gave an average review because like a lot of hotels, updates are needed. Overall, we wanted a reasonably priced hotel, and we got that. Breakfast was included, which had plenty to choose from and everything was clean and organized. We brought along our little dog, and thankful we were allowed to do that, but $30 per night was kind of high. Location was good, even though it was on a Main Street, noise was not a problem. Many thanks to those who work in the service industry, not easy to make a living these days.
