I made this reservation and later needed to arrive 30 minutes before their 4pm check in. I called and they said it was ok to check in between 2 and 4pm with no early fee but if I needed to arrive before 2 there would be a fee. When I arrived at 3:30 they wanted an early check in fee. I related the info from my phone call and the clerk assured me that I would need to pay more. She said "We can't just take your word for it." so I called their phone number and this time they said there would be an early check in fee but agreed to get a manager involved. They went through their call log and saw that I had in fact called in earlier that day and that the reservation clerk made a mistake so they would waive the early fee "this time". It was a totally frustrating experience that could have been avoided. The process took 15-20 minutes and made me late for my appointment. I will find another hotel on my next trip.

Overall staff was very friendly and nice, really need more food options especially breakfast for hotel guest juice cereal muffins like most. Designated parking for hotel guest only non-existing and due to a strict 4 o'clock check-in was very crowded.

What I didnt like about my stay this time was that the staff looked at us like we took a dump in their cheerios by being there. If nasty looks was a prize the floor staff would win. Only Smiles that my husband and I received were from the lady in the cash cage on the floor. "The overlook that our room had ov all the construction gear and remodling was beutifule", said no ever.
