My check-in with Chelsea was quite satisfactory, as she honored my request for a quiet room away from the remaining construction. Even though it was on a low floor, the room had a nice view of the surrounding mountains. Everything in the room worked great. Shower had good pressure and lots of hot water. Only 40 channels, but TV remote was easy to operate. Bed sank a little in the middle, but I guess that's what most folks want.The food options and quality in the food court were very good, and the service was friendly.With one of the restaurants closed, the long and varied list of area eateries was VERY helpful. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and recommend it highly.

Overall, this was a decent stay. Rooms were decent, we only had issue with getting the shower cleaned better, but the front desk took care of us and gave me food credit to use anywhere in the hotel/casino. Casino was decent, even though it wasn't many tables open which was probably because it was mid week versus the weekend. So, like I said, decent stay, would stay again. Side note, if you trying to decide which Harrah's is better, Murphy or Cherokee, I would say Cherokee. This is solely based on the casino experience and not the hotel.
