Did not like the staff at the casino at night. Day staff was very nice. The night staff was on edge. So much so that is made for an injoyable experiance. $400 per night not worth the spend to be made to feel so unwelcome. Will not be back.

It is a fun casino and they had some good entertainment but the cleanliness was not great and they need some updates before it gets run down. Wasn't super impressed with the restaurants either.

Harrah's was fantastic! We only stayed one night as we were passing through, but we wished we could have stayed longer. The rooms were spacious and clean and the bathroom had a fantastic walk-in shower. As far as amenities, there was a food court, including a Starbucks and a few other places; nothing too fancy. Then there was a suit-down café. The prices were reasonable, and the food was good. Only problem I could think of was that it was only open for lunch/dinner Wednesday or Thursday through Sunday. That wasn’t a problem for us, but I could see it being an issue if you were there Monday or Tuesday. In addition to enjoying the property very much, I’ve got to give kudos to the staff that we encountered there. Jessica was one of the bellhops who helped us in, and she was fantastic. I asked her how long she been there, thinking she must have worked there for years, and she replied 3 weeks. The following day I stopped at the bellhop stand for help and a man by the name of Bennie came up at the exact time that we requested. This man also was fantastic, going above and beyond, and helped me map out the route that we would take to Tennessee. He took into account the different types of roads and the time of the drive. Everything Bennie said was absolutely right and we are so thankful for the time and help that he gave us that made our travels easier.

It was expensive no smoking player area had to stop playing and go outside construction in and out had utility trailer and was forced to park at beginning of property almost a mile away

The whole property is under some sort of construction. The bar served our wine in plastic cups! The room decor is cheap and the shower grout had mold all over.
