Arrived at hotel earlier before normal check in. Told are room wasn't ready. Then told us accommodation was sold out Then told for an extra 60 euros we could have a room early. Then told us for the extra 60 we could only have a room with two single beds. Then said we looked like a nice tired couple and gave us the single bed room but only after trying to get us to join a prefered hotel club. Then tried to sell us two Breakfast coupons for 45 euros each. Once getting into the room a leg was broken on one of the beds !! Will never stay at a Noveltel Hotel again !!!

The hotel is great new and renewed and the staff is top notch… BUT u need to be aware is NOT at the airport terminal, is 5 min away by taxi from anywhere and is impossible to go to the terminal by walking, so either you have to take a bus carrying all your luggage ( no signs of novotel transport anywhere) or spend 30 euros for a 5 min drive…before booking hotel and expedia should have a disclaimer, at the end i felt cheated . Much better choice the hilton

After extensive research, we decided on this hotel as our base for our 2 week family reunion/wedding in Bavaria for a total of 12 bookings. . Novotel is simply the best!!!! Great newly renovated facility, professional, friendly staff, easily reachable by reliable public transportation… we loved the attention to detail: complimentary water and chocolate/ great coffee and tea in the room … and Oktoberfest Lebkuchen hearts in lobby! 💗 A great stay! !
