This Hotel is ideal for families, very close to the museum and only a short walk from the city center. The hotel has a pool which is ideal for children.

Not what I expected for a 4 star hotel.
Not something I will book again for a family stay. Horribly overpriced for a hotel that is a step up from the holiday inn. Should not be marked as a 4 atar hotel. The bed was terrible and the pillows were worse.

I liked the location , it was perfectly placed for where I needed to be that weekend. It was easy to walk to town. The concierge was super nice and professional. The hotel restaurant is mid, do not recommend. The only thing I did not like was that the hotel cleaning staff kept walking into my room! We were able to check in early and they walked in THREE TIMES asking if I needed towels. Then the next day the same thing happened because we weren’t out of our room by 10am when they wanted to tidy up (I had the sign up to not disturb and to be clear, it was not CHECK out day. The next morning it happened again when staff let themselves into our room to grab our tray from previous nights meal, while we were getting ready for the day. I liked everything else just fine, but I would not stay here again just because they felt entitled to walk in however they like. I know they are just trying to do a job, but I do not feel comfortable or safe staying here again.
