With the Mercure chain, you know what you will get - comfort, cleanliness and a very pleasant stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A good time had by all. An island of ease and comfort in a district less than pleasant.

Scary area but we didn't have any issues. Restaurant was nice. They serve the same food everyday at breakfast which can get old after a few days. Our room was nice. The elevators are incredibly small but leftover from the past. The value was good.

We had a fantastic experience at Mercure München City Centre. The location is perfect—close to major landmarks and just a short walk to U-Bahn stations, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were not only efficient but also very warm and welcoming. We had booked a standard room but were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a loft-style room due to availability. They even accommodated our early check-in request, which we really appreciated after a long journey. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich.

Advance check-in online was available and was very convenient. This property was perfect for a city break. The only draw back was that the standard rooms only have a double bed whereas I was looking for twin beds. This would have incurred an upgrade of 30Euros per night. That said, the double bed was huge and super comfortable so there was plenty room to avoid your room mate :-) Breakfast was 26Euros per sitting but it was fantastic and worth the money.
