There was no kitchenette as described. A refrigerator but nothing else. The drain in the shower was slow to drain. Long dark hallway entrance and could use an extra mirror in the room. Patio was nice in the courtyard.

Comfy bed, huge bathroom, clean & close to the main train station - what more could you want! A mile walk to Oktoberfest in one direction & a few minutes from old town in the other. We opted out of room cleaning & got a voucher which we used towards breakfast at the sister hotel which is opposite. 19 euros each & much better value than the cafe downstairs! Be aware if booking the king suite, there is an extra cost to access the kitchenette - it is not included!

Good room, nice location, subpar check-in
Check-in is in a very small vestibule on an iPad without a physical keyboard. It was tough to type all of the required information. This includes info I included with my reservation. A link emailed to me beforehand would have been great to get this done in advance, and the people waiting behind me would have appreciated it too. The rest of the hotel is nice, and the room was clean and quiet. Coffee in the lobby would have been a nice touch.

Fantastic location in the centre near HBF station. We visited for Oktoberfest and it is just a 15 minute walk away. Really clean with a free mini bar.

This room was fine…but not the experience we were expecting. It was VERY noisy with the train outside the window, getting to our room was a bit confusing, and the bathroom door got stuck completely shut and it took us 5 min of effort to get my husband out of the bathroom.

Initially I was hesitant to book a hotel with staff or a front desk, concerned with the unruliness of other visitors. But I couldn’t have been more wrong, the check in process is easy (just follow the instructions) rooms are spacious and clean. Ps. If you’re after a cheap beer and snack, head to “bier and wurst” just around the corner

Overall good.
Check-in automatic, impersonal and awkward - giving moments of confusion. Only helped by other guests who had encountered similar problems. Not a good start after a long journey. Two single duvets for a king size bed, not really suitable. Other than that all good.

Great access to stations and transport (long way from the airport though) area was a little dirty and tired definitely not the “pretty” part of Munich, but only a short distance away. Self check in was easy, room an ok size, (king room) good shower, comfortable bed and pillows, washing line in shower, freezer in fridge,but no bottle opener. Overall seems good value fir the size, ammenities and area.

It is a clean and cosy room, bed & shower are fine and is about 20min walk to the old town and 5min walk to main train station/trams. Every 20min or so, day and night, there was tram passing by which noise was not too bad but still something you could hear. The air conditioner also could be heard all the time and there is no off button. Also the option to switch it to warm mode was disabled for some reason so when the night was a bit chilly, I couldn't set it warmer. Even though not a big deal as not too cold anyway. I actually like that there was no manned reception. I could hear the next room on the last night. Other side of the street there is their other hotel which you can choose to have breakfast, at 19euros, IMO, it didn't worth it. There were not many Bavarian options (just a few). more of American style very simple breakfast buffet with typical options but nothing exciting. The most exciting was white sausages and pretzels of course. They give you the option to choose no cleaning and instead, a 10 euros voucher to spend on breakfast which I think was good.

The location is great with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shopping. Check in and check out was simple. The only problem I had is that the room we got was not the room we booked according to the pictures online. It was supposed to be bigger with a separate sitting area. However, the room was very clean and quiet.
