It was pretty clean and easy to check in and check out. The only thing is that the staff needs to be able to provide a good customer service. That is the purpose of being a receptionist. The rudeness doesn’t help.

Decent basic place for 1 night
It's a decent basic hotel for a great price for someone like me who just needed a place to sleep. The location is on an apparently safe main street. The room is basic, a bit dated, and had just a touch of musty smell, but fine. Everything worked fine, and the bed was comfortable enough. The only bad part was trying to sleep while hearing the bouncing noise of the bed in the room above me.

Not worth it
Called the previous night about the early check in and was advised to show up and pay when arriving. Arrived and was told early check in was not available because there were no clean empty rooms. Waited 30 minutes, no biggie. My issue is the room I was provided was dirty as hell! It hasn't been dusted, there was food on the floor and in the bed. Hair on the pillows and sheets. Fridge was dirty and moldy. There were cigarette ashes everywhere and it was apparent the room hasn't been cleaned or vacuumed. There were earring pieces on the bedside. Just a mess! Highly unacceptable. I wouldn't have my worst enemy stay here. Yeah prices advertised are cheap, but the environment and service is as well!!

Usually don’t complain at all. Beds were a little on the hard side. And not the cleanest in the room nor hallways. And continental breakfast is meh. Get what you pay for. Next time I’ll spend extra 30 dollars and hopefully an upgrade is possible.

As soon as we walked in the room and turned in the light, three bedbugs (different sizes) were running over the bed and pillow. Super dirty, some staff are nice and others aren’t. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend. Pics were taken for proof as well.
