I was charged $25 as a "security deposit" and told that it would be refunded on checkout. After approximately 5 days I received $15 without explanation. I believe it is a scam. I would not recommend this hotel.

In my Roon 127 The Iron had a burned bottom like something was melted to it,so ot wasnt usable,the bathroom.had scum and film on the walls,and tubb dirty.Hanger had dust build up on the as well as the coat rack itself,baseboads dirty.A/c unit had dust build up inside and when you turn on it was spewing particles of dust in the air Also a highly drug infested area and people alike occupying Building.

Overall, geeat for the price.. paid $62 for a 1 king sized room. There were cob webs and everything was pretty outdated. The sheets had stains on them and the comforter had burn holes all over it. So def bring your own pillows and blankets. The pillows were awful and stained too. There is a thermostat on the wall but the temperature is controlled by a noisey unit in the room. It was cheap and right off of I-69 but I wouldnt stay here again.

It's a hotel

You're getting exactly what you're paying for. It was neither good or bad. It was a inexpensive place to sleep and close to the casino. More options on the breakfast would have been nice, it was mostly just waffles and drinks.

Very poor customer service

The desk person who also said he was the manager was not polite when I needed his assistance solving a problem and when asked why he was raising his voice toward me, he said it was because I didn’t understand what he was saying. Yelling at people doesn’t make the communication any clearer.

Gross, gross, gross

The worst hotel I've stayed in hands down it was dirty that staffing was rude and their TV did not work and when I asked why my TV didn't work Lady popped around the corner that I can barely understand but yelled something like you come back an hour and manager it was nasty it was gross I tried to get another hotel but I couldn't I wouldn't recommend anybody staying at this place it is an absolute disaster
