Service & Staff are excellent! Love the heritage, architecture, ambience, the outlets & restaurants, however the rooms tend to have a damp smell, they need to get rid of the carpets, esp in this Mumbai humid weather.

Fantastic hotel. an amazing experience The only negatives are;- music in the club lounge is terrible. needs to be changed to either Indian or something more contemporary. The same dog that barks incessantly every night from around 2am needs to be chased away.

The service was slow - check in took one hour and hard to get servers attention at buffet breakfast (servers not assigned to groups of tables, so many servers going around but not anyone specific to turn to).
