This is my 3rd time stay at The Leela. The Hotel has got a little older since the last stay 5 year ago but the Hotel is 1st class at Hospitality. The staff is very helpful and polite. The staff genuinely cares about all of us. The Spa experience is just okay. I will come back to Leela.

Excellent service as always. Always welcoming. Especially want to note the excellent baggage service—personnel are warm and quick to meet requests to weigh luggage etc. They make an extra effort to ensure one’s needs are met. Front desk staff is also very efficient and welcoming. Housekeeping is very responsive and dedicated. The hotel rooms need refreshing and updating but are clean and comfortable.
