Nice place.
This is our second stay at the hotel. It is very comfortable. Breakfast was marginal. Coffee very poor. Staff was generally helpful. Happily the adjecent construction is less noisy and disruptive than last time and will be very nice when completed.

I've stayed there several times at the Burlington location. We were on the first floor this time and the windows don't open and we found the room had that wet dog smell a bit, just not fresh smelling. Great big bathroom, comfy beds, close to the amenities that we like our need in that area. The staff is always very helpful and the breakfast is just enough with the choices available for a quick bite to get you off to where you have to go.

Staff were kind and helpful. Promises were clean and well kept. Construction directly next-door was not noisy during sleep hours. Breakfast had lots of variety. So convenient to be able to do laundry. Great experience overall!

Pleasant one-night stay with my wife on a work trip. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Shower had little bottles of body wash and shampoo instead of the dispensers, which was a nice touch. Good WiFi. Gym had what I needed: an elliptical, towels, and water. Breakfast had good options. Both my wife and I commented that we thought the hotel was well-managed. Staff was professional and courteous. Three problems we experienced: 1. The road next to the property was blocked off due to construction. Google Maps directions had us turning onto the road, which made it harder to enter the property. Not the management’s fault, but a customer service consideration might have been to let travelers know with alternative directions. That would have been impressive, but it ended up being a missed opportunity for the hotel. 2. The wireless key entry on our door didn’t work, which caused me to be locked out of the room while my wife was in the shower. Bit of a hassle having to wait for 15-20 min. (It mysteriously started working again later.) 3. The iron’s steam function didn’t work, which made ironing clothes harder. Overall, I would recommend if looking for a predictable, comfortable hotel stay in this area.

I love how there is a Big Foot Java right outside for a drink. It's a good location for the shopping area if you're out of town and not from the area. Able to check-in through phone.

This operation is top notch in every way. My only disappointment was the lack of smart TVs. At this price point, guests should be able to access their streaming services, not watching Office reruns.

Clean, new and close to the area we wanted. Construction going on but it was the weekend so they were not working. It would have been noisy at night if they were. The person checking us in had limited knowledge of anything in the area. Overall very nice stay.

Limited parking, noisy parking lot. We reserved 2 rooms and when we arrived they were not ready. They were booked solid and we had to take 2 rooms on different floors. My 88 year old uncle was 3 floors away from us. He should have been next to us
