The beds we’re comfortable, but Expedia put my reservation under the wrong last name and the check in clerk was less then helpful. I pulled up my reservation and she still was not helpful. She told me my grandchildren weren’t allowed in the pool, so I had to add them to the reservation. The pool and hot tub were dirty and the jets on the hot tub didn’t work. It was not hot. The air conditioner did not blow out very strong. There was some dirt on the shower door and the carpet in the hall was worn. Breakfast was okay with some biscuits and gravy, cereal, coffee,etc. I was embarrassed about the way I was spoke to when checking in and believe the clerk could be friendlier.
